TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INVITATION

6&UP is an invitation-only community for people who appreciate great roads, good company and memorable experiences.

Invitations are personal and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from the 6&UP team.

Participation in any event remains entirely at the discretion of the organisers.

2. PARTICIPATION

Participation in any 6&UP event is entirely voluntary.

Participants are free to join or leave an event at any time and remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and conduct.

3. EVENTS

6&UP organises driving experiences, social gatherings and destination events for enthusiasts of cars with six cylinders or more.

Event details, meeting locations, schedules and venues may vary and will be communicated in advance.

The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel any event if circumstances require.

4. DRIVING RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are solely responsible for:

  • Their vehicle
  • Their driving behaviour
  • Their driving licence
  • Their insurance coverage
  • Compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations

Participants are expected to assess their own driving abilities, road conditions and weather conditions at all times.

6&UP does not organise races, competitions, timed events, driver training or driving instruction.

All driving takes place on public roads and participants are expected to drive safely, responsibly and courteously at all times.

5. LIABILITY

Participation in any 6&UP event is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6&UP, its organisers, representatives and partners shall not be liable for any accident, injury, damage, loss, theft, delay, fine, claim or other consequence arising from participation in any event or related activity.

This includes travel to and from any meeting point, venue or event location.

Each participant remains solely responsible for their own actions, decisions and vehicle.

6. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

6&UP is built on mutual respect, good manners and shared passion.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible and considerate manner towards fellow participants, members of the public and venue staff.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse, revoke or terminate participation at any time if behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with the values of the community.

7. PRIVACY & DISCRETION

Discretion is one of the values of the 6&UP community.

Personal information provided to 6&UP will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of organising events and communicating with participants.

Participant information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDINGS

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

Photographs, videos or recordings of other participants, their vehicles, licence plates or personal information should not be taken, shared or published without their explicit consent.

Participants remain solely responsible for any content they create, share or publish.

9. CHANGES

6&UP reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in events constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
